We are obliged to make you satisfied with our products and service on robotimeonline.com. If you not happy with your purchase we are willing to provide a refund and exchange service under the following conditions:

  • All returns and refunds must be applied within 30 days of receiving your purchase at shop@robotime.com or Contact Us page.
  • Please provide your order number and reason for your return or refund. We will review your request and send your further email if it is approved.
  • Only purchase on robotimeonline.com could be refund or returned. If you buy from other websites, please contact the seller directly for refunds.
  • Special deal products cannot be returned or refund because it is for sale.
  • Returns must be in original packaging and condition with receipt. If the returned item is not in acceptable condition it will be refused to accept.
  • We are not responsible for shipping charge of returns for personal reasons. Please consider carefully before placing orders.

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, do not throw away the packaging. Please contact us immediately at shop@robotime.com. We will deal with it with no doubt. You need to provide:

  • Order number
  • Proof or purchase
  • Picture of damaged package or products
  • Correct shipping address

We will arrange replacement for your damaged item at no cost to you. But damage caused by customer will be issued extra fee for replacement.

Process Time of Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. It will take 3-14 business days after we approve your request.  

But it will take another processing time for your payment bank to deal with the refund. If you have any question about when you will receive the refund, please contact your bank for further details.

Change or Cancel Order

If you want to modify your order or cancel it, please contact us within 2 days of placing the order. We will deal with it once we receive your message. Please note orders that has been sent out cannot be modified or cancelled.
