Is Part B20 Fragile?
Yes. B20 is fragile and can be replaced.
Pendulum Problems
Why Won’t the Pendulum Swing Normally?
① Check whether the assembly steps are correct.
② Check whether the friction between escape fork 620 and Part E1 is too high.
Solution: Apply wax to them. The red-circled area shown in the image can be sanded smooth with sandpaper.

③ Check whether the spring is wound fully. Wind the spring fully.
Alarm Problems
Why Doesn’t the Alarm Ring?
① Check whether the assembly steps are correct.
② Check whether the hook of the small spring is hooked to the wooden board.
③ Check whether the back hook is hooked to the gear wooden board.
④ Check whether D10 and C4 face the correct directions.
⑤ Check whether the clock is placed on a horizontal surface.
