Functional Problems

Why Won't the Parachute Tower Reverse?

Refer to page 7 of the instructions. Use a screwdriver to hold the leaf blade so the two leaf blades touch. Then slightly bend the leaf blades to ensure that C7 rotates to the bent position, holds the leaf blade, and keeps the two leaf blades in contact. If the product still will not reverse after the two leaf blades touch, contact customer service to request replacement part P14.

Why Do All Six Umbrellas Move Up and Down at the Same Time?

Check whether the line left here is too long. Use the auxiliary tool to measure it to 11 cm, and do not leave the line too long.

The lines of the first three umbrellas must pass through the bottom hole. If they pass through the top hole, the lines will wrap around the center post during rotation, and one wrap will prevent them from fully reaching the top.
