Each hole measures 4 × 4 mm, and the hole spacing is 6 mm.

The film uses a positive exposure process.

Common Assembly Problems

Why Are the Steel Shafts Loose in Steps 2 and 3?

Most steel shafts in this model remain loose at these stages and will be secured in later steps. Temporary looseness is normal. If it makes assembly difficult, temporarily hold both sides of the steel shaft with a small piece of tape.

Why Is the Handle Loose During Assembly and Rotation?

The handle will be secured after Parts D30, D31, and D32 are assembled in Step 10.

Lighting Problems

Why Doesn't the Light Work After Assembly?

1. Rotate the handle and look from the side to check whether the motor gear rotates.

2. Make sure Part A18 is pressed in fully.

3. Check whether Part A17 is missing.

Why Is the Projected Image Inverted or Reversed?

Check whether the film is facing the correct direction.

Why Is the Projected Image Blurry?

1. Project the image in as dark a place as possible.

2. Place the projector as close to the wall as possible.

3. Adjust the focus by gently moving the front part of the projector.

Why Is There a Black Area in the Middle of the Image?

Check whether Steel Shaft P6 is fully seated. Any part of the shaft extending beyond the bushing can block the light.
