Find a stable table with enough room for the instruction booklet, parts sheets, tools, and finished sections of the model. Good lighting makes it easier to identify small pieces and follow assembly diagrams accurately.
Take a quick look through the package and confirm that the major components are present. If anything appears damaged or missing, contact support before starting the build.
Before removing any parts, flip through the instruction booklet once from beginning to end. This helps you understand the overall build process and spot steps that involve wiring, lighting, glue, or delicate assemblies.
