Wiring and Parts Problems
How Should the Wires Be Connected?
1. Plug the wires into the base that contains the circuit board.
2. The blue and black wires of P3 correspond to the positive and negative terminals respectively. If P3 still fails after you check the connection, contact customer service to request a replacement part.
Functional Problems
Why Is There No Reaction?
① Check the batteries. Do not use old batteries, and make sure the positive and negative poles are oriented correctly.
② Check the switch by touching the switch on the bottom switch box.
Why Is the Light On or Flashing but the Motor Does Not Rotate?
Check whether the circuit board is inserted all the way into the bottom.
