1. Can I change my order ?
When you click ‘Proceed to Checkout’ you can add/remove items. After you have completed the checkout process and payment method, you can no longer make any changes.

Please contact us immediately and include your 4 digit order number. Order cannot be cancelled once it is sent out. If you want to cancel please contact us immediately once you place order.
As soon as you discover a fault, please contact us with:

1. How long does the shipping take?

Due to COVID-19 Virus, we can only provide a standard shipping with estimated time of 1 or 2 months. US routes and many other countries are severely blocked up. Medical resources are prior to other pacakges. We understand your impatience while waiting. But we hope you all to be safe and sound.
Please consider twice before you place the order. If you want to cancel the order please do within 2 days BEFORE it is sent out. After it is shipped, we cannot accept requirement of refund.
- Normally it takes 1-2 working days to process the order and additional 7-15 days for shipping. For some districts it may take longer time.
- During peak seasons (like Mother’s Day & Christmas) shipping can take additional 3-4 working days.
- Discount codes are not eligible for shipping fees. But we provide free shipping for orders over $65.
