Yes, we ship all over the world. But during the quarantine, some districts may not available due to shipping issues. Shipping costs will be added at checkout. We provide free shipping for orders over $65.

"Shipping Under COVID-19 Virus"
Due to COVID-19 Virus, we can only provide a standard shipping with estimated time of 7 -25 days. US routes and many other countries are severely blocked up. Medical resources are prior to other pacakges. We understand your impatience while waiting. But we hope you all to be safe and sound, we will get through it together.

Please consider twice before you place the order. If you want to cancel the order please do within 2 days BEFORE it is sent out. After it is shipped, we cannot accept requirement of refund.


"Standard Shipping"

Normally it takes 1-2 working days to process the order and additional 7-15 days for shipping.


1. For some districts it may take longer time.

2. During peak seasons (like Mother’s Day & Christmas) shipping can take additional 1-2 working days.

3. Discount coupon are not eligible for shipping fees.

Unfortunately we have no way of knowing if international orders will be charged customs fees. We are not personally involved with international customs and do not collect any fees therefore are not responsible for any customs fees that may be incurred.

Products are charged in US dollars. So your payment will proceeded in US dollars.


You can contact us immediately after you place the order. We will be happy to assist you. But once the order is sent out, it cannot be changed.

Return & Refund

If you are not satisfied with our product such as a faulty product, please contact us once you receive the item. Please include [order number] and [photo of the faulty item]. We’ll try our best to assist you.

We will send you a notify once we approved your refund request. It takes 3-14 days to send this refund to your original payment channel. But it takes additional time for your bank to proceed this refund to your account.

If you still don't receive this refund, please contact your card-issuing bank about when will the refund posted to your account.
