Firing Problems
Why Won't the LQB01 Fire After Assembly?
1. If the rubber band has aged, try replacing it.
2. If the rubber band cannot be fired, pull the trigger and the upper slide.
If the upper part cannot be pulled at all:
① Part A16 is unhooked. Re-hook it.
② Part H19 is loose. Press it firmly. If it is too loose:
Solution: Replace Part H19.
Press it firmly again.
3. If the rubber band cannot be fired or gets stuck when sliding forward:
① Check whether the front and back sides of all four J2 parts are completely waxed. Try the mechanism after removing J2; if it works, improve the waxing.
② Check whether Screw P13 is tightened too much, causing friction on the inside.
Solution: Loosen the screw.
4. If the model could fire before but cannot fire now:
(1) There is no response when you pull the trigger:
① Part A16 is unhooked. Re-hook it.
② Part H19 is loose. Press it firmly. If it is too loose:
Solution: Replace Part H19, then press it firmly again.
(2) The hook cannot be fixed:
① Screw P12 is tightened too much, causing the spring to break.
Solution: Replace the damaged parts and loosen the screw.
② Parts I13 and I11 are worn.
Solution: Replace the wooden boards.
5. If the shells (round wooden sticks) are stuck, check whether Part A8 was assembled in reverse.
