Insert in the wrong hole: Insert the plug into the bottom hole. The top hole assists rotation after the power is switched on.

If you hear only a sizzling sound after switching on the power and the gramophone does not rotate, there may be a problem with the circuit board. Request a replacement part from customer service.

After switching on the power, it is normal to wait for a while until the gramophone begins to rotate slowly.

If the handle and some gears rotate but the record does not, the antiskid tube may be aging. Replace it.

Sound Problems

What Should I Check for Sound Problems?

If you hear a sizzling sound after switching on the power and the gramophone does not rotate, check whether the power is connected to the circuit board, the switch is on, and the volume is not set to 0.

If the gramophone rotates without sound, check whether the terminals are plugged in tightly and in the correct positions.
