How Do I Use the Ink Box?
1. The product includes an ink box that can be used directly after assembly.
2. If the ink has dried or is insufficient, add a small amount of self-supplied ink several times.
How Can I Distinguish the P7 and P16 Shaft Sleeves?
The shaft sleeves in Bag P7 are thick, while those in Bag P16 are thin.
Printing and Lighting Problems
Why Isn't the Printing Clear?
1. Make sure the rubber letters are inserted in the right positions and fully seated. Keep some distance between them.
2. Check the spacing between the rubber letters. If the spacing is correct, the boards may have different heights; contact after-sales service to replace the rubber letters.
3. Check whether it takes a lot of effort to turn on the light. The handle may be assembled too high; adjust it so the two arrows align.
4. Check the ink box. If the ink has dried, spray a little water on its surface.
5. If the P33 and P34 rubber letters are too hard due to a batch issue, contact after-sales service to replace these two parts.
Why Doesn't the Light Turn On When I Hold the Blade Switch?
If the light worked during testing but does not turn on when you hold the blade switch, align the initial position of Part C with the arrow above it.
