Subscription Methods

A One-Off Delivery:

You will receive 10 items in the subscription box at once.

Monthly Delivery:

The first box you purchase will be sent out within 2-3 days of placing your order, and you will receive the remaining boxes for the following months. Your parcel is expected to arrive around the 20th of each month.

After placing the order, please contact the customer service email(service@robotime.com) in time and let us know the product number/names of the puzzles you already have to avoid you receiving duplicate products.

FAQs

What is the difference between the premium and basic subscription kit?

In essence, the Premium kit encompasses a greater variety of higher-value products compared to the Basic kit. Specifically, the premium puzzle and mix subscription package ensures the inclusion of a 3D pinball product. However, it's worth noting that the Basic kit still offers plenty of excitement and enjoyment.

When will you receive it every month?

Orders received within the current month will have their first box shipped out within that same month, followed by subsequent shipments between the 1st and 10th of each month thereafter

What if I want to change my address?

You can contact us by email service@robotime.com and we will change the address for you, but for gifts that are already on the way, the address cannot be changed. So We hope you get in touch with us in time. Once the address has been changed, we will notify you by email.

Can I order boxes for my friends/lovers/relatives?

Yes. During the ordering process, be sure to fill in the correct address and contact information you need to ship to.

I received the box for 3 months, but I don’t want the rest of the package. Can I get a refund?

For customers who have participated in the subscription activity for more than 6 months (including 6 months) (that is, customers who have received more than 6 packages (including 6 packages). We are sorry that we cannot arrange cancellation for you at the moment.

For customers who have participated in subscription activities within 6 months, that is, customers who have received less than 6 packages (excluding 6 packages). We will arrange a 50% refund of the subscription fee for you

I don't like the package received this month/I have purchased it. Is it possible to return/refund the goods?

For the time being, we do not accept refunds/returns due to subjective reasons. Because everyone is an independent individual, they have different preferences. We cannot guarantee that every surprise sent every month will satisfy every customer. I'm so sorry that the received item cannot be returned.
