Power and Touch Control Problems

Why Is There No Response When I Check the Electronic Parts?

1. Check whether each electronic part is inserted in the correct place.

2. Low touch-switch sensitivity before assembly is normal. Slightly adjust the placement of the electronic parts to see whether they respond. After assembly, the touch pad has a larger sensing area and becomes more sensitive.

Common Assembly Problems

Why Is Part E5 Difficult to Assemble?

Solution: Lightly sand the protruding areas indicated for E5.

Rotation Problems

Why Does the Disk Rotate Abnormally in Reverse?

Cause: The relevant part has been inserted incorrectly.

Solution: Recheck its orientation against the AMS01 instructions and insert it in the correct direction.

Why Does the Disk Stop Rotating After the Tree Is Assembled?

Cause: Part L7 is assembled in the wrong sequence. This creates a gap between E9 and E16 that interferes with assembly of the tree.

Solution: Reassemble L7 in the sequence shown in the AMS01 instructions so E9 and E16 fit together correctly.
