Part Replacement

For All Our Customers:

If some parts are broken or lost during the assembly, we can offer you part replacement service.

Please fill out the appropriate form below, and we will contact you within 2 working days after receiving your submission. If you do not hear from us within 2 working days, please check your spam or junk folder.

- For ROKR, Rolife, or ROWOOD products, please use this form.
- For ROBUD products, please use the other form.

Please note:

If you find any missing or damaged parts when you open the product package(s), we are happy to replace them for free.

However, if any parts are damaged during assembly, we recommend that you first try to repair the damaged part with glue - in most cases, this should be enough to fix the problem. If the part(s) are not easily repairable or have been lost, please feel free to contact us for a replacement. You only need to pay for shipping, and your new part(s) will be delivered within 2-3 weeks.
